Role Description:

An Implementations Manager is the main face when dealing with the day-to-day operational needs of the first operational period for both internal and external clients. They play a significant role in the partnership between LSG and the external customer by setting the right tone for every interaction and resolution provided, as well as meeting and setting realistic expectations from the beginning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acting as main POC for clients during the implementation process and until transitioned to the Operations Department.

- Sending proper wrap-up emails with support documents and complete list of topics discussed.
- Utilize automated tools to streamline the implementation process.
- Keep HubSpot and any other reports updated, as well as all relevant parties and the Client Solutions department, for better alignment with the Implementation events.
- Overseeing vetting processes while assuring deadlines are met to provide the client with the desired profiles.
- Manage the process and be on top of those involved in the operation to keep the client's operation constantly moving within the established timelines.
- Conduct detailed discussions with clients to tailor the implementation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with small to medium clients.
- Gather feedback from clients regarding the tailored onboarding experience and overall process.

- Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement for accounts being implemented, helping in improving the implementation process and overall experience during the initial operational period.
- Schedule interviews in a timely manner based on client availability.
- Make sure PFI's are scheduled by the Implementation Administrative Assistant, and everything is in place and arranged accordingly.
- Conducting interviews while fully involved in them.
- Providing the Implementations Administrative Assistants with the proper guidelines to request new workstations for the assigned employees.
- Supervising training courses, general meetings, etc., are being sent according to the appointed with the client and in a timely manner, by the Implementations Administrative Assistant.

- Maintain constant communication with the QA department to gather information regarding performance and ongoing training sessions.
- Making sure roster changes/portal changes are up to date.
- Monitoring account's performance and attendance during the initial stage.
- Deal with unforeseen operational events (e.g., Medical Leaves, Late Ins, PTOs, etc.)
- Following up with clients every 2-3 days when there are open requisitions.
- Having all information in place for the recurrent Quarter and Semester reports, to provide the Director of the department with a strong base to work over.
- Train new additions to the team (Implementation Assistants and Admin Assistants) and assign tasks during the nesting process.
- HubSpot and LSG Operations Portal knowledge and correct usage.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations,
Client Solutions) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide support via standardized support channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
