New graduates will participate in our hands-on, hybrid onboarding program with other Data Engineers, Analytics Consultants, and Data Scientists to prepare for consulting engagements focused on delivering data and analytic advisory and solutions here at Aimpoint Digital. Applicants must either live in Medellin, or be willing to relocate to Medellin, to participate in this program. This program is designed to focus on the similarities and differences between classwork and casework – to give you the leg up when it comes to data literacy, interacting with clients, and delivering quality solutions.
