JOB PURPOSE The position is responsible for supporting the Brand/marketing team with the design and implementation of a long-term strategic MCE plan that offers relevant content based on HCPs preferences, generating insights from different data sources, understanding the reasons behind HCP behavior and responding to it appropriately in an effective and timely way. Responsibilities: Design HCP OC journey leveraging cross-functional input, defining the right touchpoints, frequency, and sequencing of engagement. Engage internal stakeholders as required to communicate and notify on MCE plan, scope, execution, and schedules. Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and landing pages used in our email sends. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs per channel results) depending on campaign objective. Offer support to the Marketing team to deploy user journeys and content plan (provided by Marketing and/or medical team) to execute the best digital strategies with our customers. Support the launch of new channels & orchestration of them in proper sequence counting on ways of working. About you Skills Influence Capabilities Creative & Innovative Thinker Stakeholder Relationship Manager Key Technical Capabilities Customer Experience Management Marketing Analytics & Customer Insights Digital Marketing Close Up, IQVIA knowledge Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and related areas. Fluency in English - Advanced level is required. 2 – 3 years of experience in Multichannel or Digital Marketing areas, in pharma industry is desirable. Domain of digital channels is desirable.
