Responsibilities: Communicating with clients/employees via emails or calls and providing immigration support Working knowledge of US immigration Reviewing documentation, checking quality and accuracy of provided documents Offering consistent, industry-leading experience to customers and/or employees Engaging with internal stakeholders like Sales and Product to feedback and identify opportunities to improve client experience Dealing directly with clients on escalations, complex matters, and high-priority cases in a timely and proactive manner Monitoring individual case pipelines to achieve production targets, meet critical deadlines, and increase client satisfaction Providing feedback in opportunities for continuous process improvement and working on special projects, as assigned Requirements: 1-2 years of immigration experience 1-2 years of experience in customer service Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Front, Salesforce Attention to detail with swift execution Fluent in English.
