What you will do Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation introduction & project proposal through closure; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management; Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency; Implement processes to ensure successful delivery; Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure; Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team proactively; Client ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded; Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates to clients; Manage client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively; Financial account management: Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved; Monitor project financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability; Prepare financial reports and forecasts for internal and client review; Monitor and ensure account healthy margin; Delivery management: Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects; Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders; Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes; Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise; Monitor Client's satisfaction with AgileEngine services and team; Team management: Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines; Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development; Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members; Launch teams and establish efficient PM processes for them; Consult/Mentor/Teach/Coach/Growing leadership of AgileEngine Teams and Clients; Ensuring Team happiness: 1:1s, career development, personal development plans; Coordinate recruiting process with the Recruitment team. Must haves A minimum of 4 years of experience in project/delivery management; Experience as a delivery manager; Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities; Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets, negotiating and financial reporting; Experience managing external clients; Proficiency in project management software and tools; Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills. Nice to haves Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field; Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers; Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes; High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders; Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
