Position Title: Mid + BI Developer Location: LATAM What you will be doing: Extract, normalize, and present multi-modal data from various sources in different formats. Manage priorities and ensure stakeholder expectations are met regarding time and content deliverables. Collaborate with functional areas to understand business needs and requirements for various BI requests. Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense Enterprise. Craft and execute queries upon request for data and present information through reports and visualization. Develop and maintain effective analysis tools to streamline the preparation of normalized data sets from raw client data. Evaluate and improve existing BI systems. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all BI solutions and reports. Requirements & Qualifications Main Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field. 3-5 years of proven experience as a BI developer or Data Scientist. Knowledge of Qlik Sense Enterprise. Experience with custom analytical tools such as R and Python. Experience with REST API development. Background in data warehouse design and data mining. In-depth understanding of database management systems. Knowledge of online analytical processing (OLAP). Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) frameworks. Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with SQL and transitioning from Oracle to Databricks. Secondary Skills: Experience with additional data visualization tools. Knowledge of advanced data normalization techniques. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
