The Company: Garment manufacturer Main product: lingerie / intimate / undergarment / loungewear Factories: China & SE Asia Main market: US, Canada & EU We are looking for Merchandising Manager (station Cambodia) – with details as follows: The Job: Oversee critical aspects of our intimate apparel factory, ensuring seamless production operations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to drive timely order execution.
Manage customer relationships, coordinate production activities, monitor quality standards, and ensure punctual delivery.
Manage the entire merchandising process, from order placement to production completion, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary customer contact, maintain strong relationships, and provide regular order updates.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, sourcing, quality assurance) to execute production orders efficiently.
Optimize production schedules and factory capacity to meet delivery timelines.
Work closely with the production team to align materials with customer specifications.
Collaborate with the sourcing team for timely material procurement.
Address potential sourcing challenges proactively.
Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Stay updated on trends, market demands, and customer preferences.
Provide insights for product development and production enhancements.
Qualifications: Tertiary education Proven track record in merchandising or production management within intimate apparel or related fields.
Good organizational and project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple production orders.
Strong analytical skills to identify and address production issues and implement process improvements.
