Position: Marketing Coordinator - Latam Location: Remote (EST Timezone) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Director and senior management to play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns for multiple brands within our real estate investment firm.Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance data, creating engaging content for social media and blogs, and assisting in the development and management of grassroots or guerrilla marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.Content Creation: Generate creative ideas and produce high-quality content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other digital channels.Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, conduct research, and ensure content alignment with brand messaging and objectives.Campaign Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) of social media campaigns using analytics tools.Prepare weekly reports summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis and market research.Grassroots / Guerrilla Marketing: Contribute to the development and implementation of grassroots marketing initiatives, such as community events, partnerships, and sponsorships.Assist in the coordination of guerrilla marketing tactics, including street art, flash mobs, and viral campaigns, to create buzz and generate buzz.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align social media and content strategies with overall business objectives.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate marketing activities and ensure brand consistency.Qualifications: Preferred degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Journalism, or related field.Strong passion for social media marketing, content creation, and digital storytelling.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing is a plus.
