Marine Account Executive (Marine Engines/ Miami/ English / Spanish)

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marine Account Executive   to spearhead our marine business line in the vibrant Caribbean region.
Responsibilities: Participate in contract negotiations with global accounts, showcasing your strategic acumen Effectively introduce new products into the market, staying ahead of industry trends and demands Analyze financial data and actively contribute to financial reporting, supporting informed decision-making Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and objectives, fostering a high-performance culture Collaborate closely with General Managers and local Marine Managers to promote and develop existing solutions, contributing to the evolution of our offerings Requirements Travel flexibility within the Caribbean region Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, business management, or related fields Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or related roles in the marine industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Familiarity with contract negotiations and financial reporting Knowledge of marine products and services preferred Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus Benefits Salary will be commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, PTO Requirements Travel flexibility within the Caribbean region Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, business management, or related fields Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or related roles in the marine industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Familiarity with contract negotiations and financial reporting Knowledge of marine products and services preferred Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus
