All Jobs > Manager of Corporate Development & Partnerships in Latin America (Sales and Marketing) Manager of Corporate Development & Partnerships in Latin America (Sales and Marketing) Bogota, Colombia (Remote), COL Full-time Description Scope of Role: We are seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Corporate Development Manager to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who thinks about opportunities, enjoys networking and understands the dynamics of today's global funding landscape. This person will be responsible for collaborating with the different Operation Smile Foundations across Latin America, developing new donors and managing relationships with Operation Smile's strategic current corporate donors, ensuring their continued engagement and support for the organization's programs and initiatives. The role requires strong communication, networking, and project management skills, and a passion for social impact and fundraising. This person will work closely with Executive Directors, Development leaders and Regional Directors to execute the strategy. Primary Responsibilities: Implement the regional fundraising strategy for cash and GIK including a communication plan for strategic corporate accounts tailored to their specific interests, needs, and giving history and track the implementation of tactics collaborating with different internal partners from LATAM program countries, and different departments of Operation Smile. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to corporate donor engagement and revenue. Create and lead main interactions with the corporate donor employees for fundraising activities, volunteering and employee engagement. Lead from Operation Smile any cause marketing campaign related to the assigned strategic corporate donors Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders from strategic corporate donors in Latin America, including regular communication and meetings. Create a list of programs and local expenses to be funded with local cash. Create a LATAM event list with key dates for the year. Expand LATAM partnerships across the globe. Collaborate with the Operation Smile program and communications teams to create compelling proposals, impact reports, and other donor communications that demonstrate the impact of the organization's work and the value of corporate partnership. Engage with Operation Smile Brand team for asset approval, including patient consent based on campaign outreach. Work closely with the Partner and Program countries teams to identify expansion possibilities and upgrade opening new giving channels. Provide inputs to expand engagement giving and cause-related marketing as part of new business development opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records, including contact information, giving history, and communication preferences, using the organization's Salesforce system. Create campaign update presentations for Operation Smile's key stakeholders. Liaise with the Legal department, Partner Countries, and local Foundations to define Contracts & Content Releases. Requirements Experience Required: Master's degree preferred 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, marketing or non- profits. Characteristics/Skills Required: Full English-Spanish proficiency, Portuguese is a plus. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines. Highly motivated and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining flexible and resourceful.
