As we continue to expand, we're looking for a passionate and organized Management Assistant to join our team in Medellín.

Job Responsibilities : Provide administrative support for artist management, including scheduling, coordinating, and planning.
Conduct research on music trends, artists, brands, and potential partnerships.
Assist in developing social media strategies and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports for tracking artist activities and projects.
Communicate with various stakeholders, including artists, brands, and collaborators, via email and phone.
Assist in managing day-to-day artist tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Reach out to industry contacts, including creators, influencers, and music professionals.
Qualifications : Motivated individual with a passion for the music industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Experience with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
is a plus.
Previous experience in the music industry or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
