We will be giving you more information about the salary conditions in the first call.What you must take into account to apply for the position: To have professional studies in administration, engineering, naval sciences, or related careers.Be fluent in English at an intermediate level, in order to communicate effectively with the different agents of international trade.Have at least 2 years of experience in supervision, field work, production, and/or logistics, this will allow you to successfully assume the role of Supervisor and effectively lead the operations.Be available to work in person and perform rotating shifts to ensure the continuous flow of operations.Have knowledge in resource management, management indicators, logistics, and transportation to carry out an efficient management of operations.Be willing to learn, work in a team, make decisions, look for the fastest and most efficient way to solve problems, have a service attitude, and be oriented to the compliance of rules and procedures.Your mission in the position: Supervise and follow up on dock and yard operations of loading and unloading of containers, roll-on/roll-off cargo, loose cargo, among other types of cargo at the port.
This is important to ensure compliance with planning, efficiency, and safety in each operation, contributing to the competitiveness of the Port and economic growth worldwide.
