Logistics Operation Specialist - After Hours Company: Trans-Pro Logistics Inc. Your Impact: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customs brokers, internal teams, and clients. Negotiate with shippers and carriers to ensure competitive rates. Load tracking - monitor pickup and delivery. Collaborate with shippers, receivers, carriers, and customs agents to manage timely pickups, deliveries, and appointments. Keep all parties informed about load status. Preparation of required shipping documentation. Accurately enter load data provided by traders and customers. Book trucks and request Proof of Delivery (POD) once loads are delivered. Assist accounting, sales, and other departments with shipment-related inquiries. Your Qualifications: College diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken); French is an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently, while staying detail-oriented and multitasking to meet tight deadlines.
