Key Responsibilities Provide consultation on linguistic services to the production team, partners and the customer. With the help of your direct manager, manage continuous and proactive development, design and implementation of quality management methodologies, special linguistic services (quality reporting and monitoring, vendor training, language asset development & maintenance). Deliver assigned linguistic services tasks (e.g. enforcement of linguistic guidelines, proactively manage quality across assigned languages). Provide training to translators and assorted linguistic stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in linguistic workflows. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in language services. Skills & Experience Linguistic education or equivalent working experience in translation/localization. Min. 2 years working experience (ideally in a customer/client-facing role, or as a translator/editor). Perfect command of spoken and written English. Native level of one other language besides English. Confident using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience working with CAT tools (Trados, Memsource etc). Strong coordinating and communication skills. Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment: strong aptitude for multi-tasking & prioritization. Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
