This position will educate customers, leadership, and the business on Lean development practices, as well as other facilitators to increase their mastery of Lean principles. The position will be a key driver in the adoption and drive of Lean principles and practices to transform company culture. • Develops the tactical plans and structure necessary to ensure the deployment of a highly effective and sustainable Lean methodology. • Plans and manages transformational continuous improvement projects. • Facilitates full ownership of the Lean transition, including driving Value Stream Mapping projects and Kaizen Burst events through planning, facilitation, and post-event follow-up and closure. • Implements Lean practices, including facilitation, workshop facilitation, executive coaching, training, process documentation, and analysis. • Develops and maintains Lean training materials and curriculum, to enable continued development of internal capability in the application of these materials. • Translates performance improvements into financial values ??that align with corporate objectives • Trains the organization in Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma and promotes accountability throughout the organization. • Interacts with customers and suppliers facilitating process improvements and changes across the company. • Drives best practices and the transition of Lean culture - Other duties as required and assigned • Project Manager II, is responsible for providing management support for complex, mid-sized projects within the warehousing, logistics, and/or transportation management industry to ensure project success. The PM II is expected to possess intermediate competency in project management, implementation/integration methodologies, and extensive project management experience, preferably within the third-party logistics (3PL) sector. This position functions as a key leadership role with mid-scale projects, in particular, newly signed new client start-ups, business extensions of existing clients, or internal improvement projects.
