Job Overview: Your Role in Redefining Hospitality Be part of our client's team as a Lead Generation Specialist.
You'll be instrumental in driving outbound business development by identifying and nurturing key leads, managing CRM data, and supporting sales efforts to help our client maintain its competitive edge in the market.
Employment type: Indefinite term contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Work setup: Remote, Bogotá/Medellín Responsibilities: Your Game-Changing Contributions Business Development Support: Generate hotel group, corporate, and local business opportunities through desk research, analysis of hospitality sales data platforms, and execution of strategic initiatives.
Assist salespeople with outbound prospecting efforts as directed by the team executive.
Contribute to the creation of professional client presentations and participate in related special projects.
Nurture key account relationships and sales channels to support business development efforts.
Conduct additional ad hoc research to support business development as needed.
Data Management: Maintain the CRM to support outbound sales activities, ensuring prospects and qualified deals move smoothly through the sales funnel.
Develop and update reports on outbound sales activities based on CRM data.
Facilitate the onboarding of new leads, deals, and properties into systems.
Market Research and Projects: Engage in research to identify potential areas for hotel growth in new markets.
Develop and plan quarterly events to increase client retention, brand awareness, and property performance goals.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and sourcing leads for large group travel customers.
Conduct thorough research to find potential leads and opportunities.
Proposal Crafting: Help craft compelling proposals based on research and data insights, ensuring alignment with customer needs and preferences.
Research Focus: Perform extensive research using various databases and other resources to gather information about potential clients and industry trends.
Demonstrate tenacity and resourcefulness in locating and verifying information.
CRM Management: Accurately enter and manage leads in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up on leads.
Work Plan Organization: Develop and execute a structured work plan to efficiently manage research tasks and lead generation efforts.
Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find creative solutions in lead generation and proposal development.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts, share insights, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, strong analytical abilities, and experience with data management and lead generation.
