If you like a challenging environment where you're working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there's no better place - guaranteed! :) What you will do Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing feedback promptly; Oversee project financials, including budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring healthy account margins; Lead project teams, defining scope, and objectives, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery; Implement best practices, improve processes, and remove delivery bottlenecks; Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues proactively; Coordinate team tasks, set deadlines, and foster collaboration; Conduct 1:1s, and performance evaluations, and manage career development plans; Support recruitment efforts and team promotions; Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise; Continuously enhance project management processes and ensure successful outcomes. Must haves A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management; Experience as a delivery manager; Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions; Experience managing external clients; Proficiency in project management software and tools; Exceptional English level, communication, and leadership skills; Experience with sales and pre-sales activities is a big plus. Nice to haves Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field; Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers; Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes; High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders; Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
