Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Coordinate and support import and export shipments, keeping global and local legal standards; Support sales and customer service about questions related to import/export; Daily contact with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; Stay updated on new regulations and procedures to be applied in the company whenever necessary; Support and bring initiatives for possible cost and lead time optimization projects, implementation and follow-up plans; Analyze monthly KPIs from freight forwarders to ensure targets are being achieved, prepare and follow up on action plans if required; Support monthly performance review meetings with BUs; Ideal Candidate Skills The ideal candidate possesses the following skills: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics department of industries or multinational companies.
Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or International Business.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Solid analytical skills.
Service mindset, good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented.
International trade knowledge.
