We are looking for a talented Junior Account & Ad Operations in our office in Bogota to join our Account & Ad Operations team and help us change the world of digital advertising together. You will handle campaign management, reporting, and controlling. You will be responsible for creative concepts and the development of new ideas as well as their innovative implementation. You will supervise direct and programmatic customer campaigns. You will manage the exchange of insights and campaign-relevant information with our clients and agencies. You will work in close cooperation with our Publisher team. You will independently execute project tasks. YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF You possess a comprehensive education or degree relevant to the industry. You demonstrate ingenuity alongside exceptional communication skills, adept at managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced media setting. You exhibit a robust team-oriented approach. You display a keen interest in digital trends and online marketing strategies. You are proficient in data analysis, with a mastery of Excel (MS Office) or Spreadsheets (Google Workspace). You exhibit a curious mindset, coupled with impeccable accuracy, attention to detail, and strong time management abilities. You thrive in a dynamic work environment, enjoying diverse tasks and challenges. You are eager to evolve and develop alongside the company. You are fluent in English with a high proficiency.
