Become a vital player in our ongoing narrative of success. About The Role We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our SVOD Finance team and support our rapidly growing streaming business. This role's primary responsibility will be overseeing the financial models and FP&A processes for globally distributed and acquired content. This role will work closely with the Streaming FP&A, Production Finance, and Distribution Sales teams, as well as business operators across the Vix organization. The role will have several opportunities to grow and learn within the team. The right candidate will have FP&A experience, solid excel skills, work quickly and independently, and bring a positive attitude to the team. Your Day-to-Day The Production Financial Analyst will be a key strategic partner within the Production Finance team. They will be instrumental in reviewing production budgets, cost reports, cash flows, and departmental reporting while evaluating and analyzing risks. Evaluating variances and elevating concerns as they arise throughout the life of production. Partner with the assigned Production Finance Lead to prepare adhoc analysis for tracking EFC Projections. Prepare monthly dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reporting. Work closely and collaboratively with numerous teams including production, business affairs, post-production, creative, and corporate accounting. Collaborate with production services companies and Production Accountants. Manage EFC Reconciliations between the studio and production accounting systems. Onboard each production partner to all required applications, policies, and procedures. Ad hoc projects and analysis as needed. Support operational leaders and the finance organization in locking budgets and reviewing cash flows for original productions along with ad hoc projects. Track cash flows and update cost reports for all original productions and manage all cost-related aspects. You Have Professional work experience of 2+ years, media-industry experience preferred but not required. Experience working with Oracle, SAP, or other similar enterprise financial systems. Excellent excel skills, organizational skills, collaboration, and accountability. Willingness to learn in a dynamic, high-paced, and rapidly changing industry.
