Jr Client Onboarding

The person in this role will help the on boarding department with the implementation of clients. Initially they will work closely with the internal operation providing them information on new requirements, doing follow up so requirements are being worked accordingly, checking all client documentation is complete, and assuring all is ready for new candidates start date. Later, this person will also transition into a client facing role, welcoming new clients into Solvo. Responsabilities: Work with the Solvo operations team to make sure they have all information to work new client requirement - Organize client paperwork with the Billing Department. Make sure it is complete and request documentation adjustments if needed. Work with Solvo IT team to evaluate client's IT needs and that they are sure they have all that is needed for a smooth IT implementation Work with Solvo operation to provide insight into client requirements, and request assigned supervisors Confirm with supervisors of new accounts assign and assure they have all the information to properly prepare to receive new account Introduce new clients to their assigned supervisor and coordinate Operations Calls
