Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet the constantly evolving demands of business growth, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Working closely with clients to define and implement effective strategies to attract individuals who align with the organizational culture and values of the company. Responsibilities: Proficient in English (Mandatory). +3 years of experience (end-to-end) in selection processes for technology professionals. Enjoys working with people and has experience in recruitment and selection. Has experience in screening CVs through specialized websites and actively searching for candidates. Has experience in promoting job opportunities. Has experience in managing direct relationships with managers and internal clients. Has experience in market mapping.
