We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Business Analyst (BI) to join our global Data & Analytics team. This position involves leveraging tools such as Power BI, SQL, Oracle, SAP, and external files to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions, primarily supporting the business in the Andean region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders and propose effective front and back-end business intelligence solutions.
Key Job Accountabilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI tools.Develop, design, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using Power BI.Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources including SQL databases, Oracle, SAP and external files.Collaborate with different stakeholders within the company to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.Participate in the design and implementation of data warehouse and data integration solutions.Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.Continuously monitor and improve BI solutions to enhance performance and scalability.Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in business intelligence and data analytics.Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Oracle, and SAP.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent Spanish and English skills.Ability to work independently and remotely.Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.Amcor is a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home and personal-care, and other products.
