Our client, a well-established family law firm based in Arizona, is seeking an experienced Intake Specialist with strong sales skills to join their team remotely. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and empathetic support. Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather essential information for family law cases. Effectively sell the firms services , ensuring potential clients understand the value of legal representation and converting inquiries into retained clients. Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally. Accurately document client information and case details using the firm's CRM and case management system. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a seamless intake process. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care. Qualifications: Sales experience , ideally within a law firm or legal services environment. Proven track record of converting leads into clients. Experience working in a law firm, preferably in family law. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer service. Strong interpersonal and people skills, able to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in using legal case management software or CRM systems. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high level of organization. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional Details: This is a 100% remote, full-time position.
