Responsibilities The Opportunity Support the development and execution of Indirects procurement categories strategies for Andean BU in alignment with the LATAM category management team (COE) and also representing the needs of local stakeholders and local markets dynamics.
This role is accountable for ensuring the proper procurement process according to the governance & policies of the BU, coordinating with regional procurement teams (COE & POC) in order to deliver the supply of goods and services focused on delivering the productivity plan (AOP), and also quality and agile service adding value to the BU results.
Your Impact Knowing and understanding the regional and global strategies of the assigned categories in order to support their execution and communication.Support the POC my buy team in the negotiation and consolidate the information for the my buy catalogs.Build strategic relationships with local stakeholders, to understand business requirements, identify opportunities to create value and position Procurement's value proposition. Align sourcing strategies accordingly.Support end users through the procurement and my buy catalogs using process in coordination with the POC team.Execute and consolidate the spend analysis guaranteeing the data standardization (Taxonomy adherence) and using different digitization tools (SAP, Celonis...).Monitor the spend data in order to find and correct differences and mistakes.Support the Execution of Legal Contract process (NDAs, LPAs, GISR Exceptions, Legal Template Approvals, etc.).Tracking and boosting the WF approvals in Ariba Contracts & Ariba Sourcing.Support regional category teams in the productivity projects implementation and delivery.Identify and deliver local productivity projects aligned to BU productivity cells.Track productivity KPI to ensure on-time information according to GP deadlines.Influence local stakeholders and users in the implementation of disruptive projects.Benchmark regional and global productivity initiatives.Use PS tool to ensure the productivity initiatives documentation.Manage the local suppliers (+35) through a performance management process.Support regional procurement team in suppliers communication & follow-up. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Professional in Industrial engineering, business administration, economics, Commerce and/or related careers.2 years of specific experience in procurement.Advanced level English.Strong skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Good IT skills ERP (SAP/ARIBA).Specific procurement knowledge (7 steps, TCO, 5 porters forces..).Knowledge with procurement strategy development and execution (RFX events, e-auctions… etc).Basic productivity knowledge (six sigma, agile…).Negotiation skills.Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes.Expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling.Ability to build relationships at all levels: users, stakeholders, Manager.Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple sourcing initiatives.Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for strategic thinking.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
