We are seeking a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist to work alongside our US-based Merchant Operations team. This role will support our eCommerce websites and other warehouse channels.
Responsibilities: Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management systemSolving Stocking PO tickets as assignedSending email communication to vendors as neededMaking outbound phone calls to vendors as neededAutomotive interest or knowledge is a plusWorking with automotive products and reviewing the condition of the productWe are a technology-focused team and our processes run through cloud-based applications, fully accessible through remote access.
Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of attention to detailAbility to learn and follow processesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting prioritiesActive listener and good team collaboratorBasic Microsoft Excel skillsPC proficientPrior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferredKnowledge of automotive parts is a plusTechnical Requirements: The ability to attend daily virtual meetings with our US-based team with video and audio capabilityHigh-speed internet connectionLocation: Remote
Shift Timing: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
