Key responsibilities as a Sales Executive: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle. Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each model. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and maximise sales opportunities. Utilise your strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure customer commitment. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships. Efficiently manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads to drive sales conversions. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Required skills as a Sales Executive: Knowledge and understanding of a sales role within the motor trade. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Passionate about the motor industry and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
