Head of Sales We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Sales to lead our outreach and growth in Employer of Record (EOR) services. About the Role Develop sales strategies to drive interest in our EOR services, with a focus on lead generation and conversion. Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email marketing, and strategic outreach, creating a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. Explore and cultivate relationships in international markets, effectively communicating our EOR value propositions to meet diverse client needs. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate client data in the CRM, track sales progress, and manage follow-ups to optimize the sales cycle and conversion rates. Partner with internal teams to gather client insights, refine service offerings, and adjust sales strategies based on client and market feedback. Provide guidance and fresh ideas to elevate our sales processes, offering insights into best practices and potential areas for growth. Requirements Sales expertise with proven experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role, preferably in EOR, B2B services, or similar industries. Advanced conversational English, able to confidently communicate with international clients. Demonstrated experience in cold calling, email outreach, and generating successful results through various sales techniques.
