Your mission at Alegra
The role of Head of Product is to lead the team in building products and features that drive the solid and sustainable growth of the user base within Alegra's product. This role plays a crucial part in delivering a positive user experience and fostering interaction with our current users, always with a focus on the long-term product growth. The Head of Product will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure strategic alignment and the ongoing success of Alegra in the market.
What will be your challenges?
- Coordinate, supervise, and control the production of each sub-team within the area.
- Evaluate and track individual performance of each team member.
- Create new features, improvements,
and product development to expand the company's growth and reach to a broader audience.
- Train the team in the constant pursuit of new ideas, education, knowledge, and experience.
- Maintain a 100% focus on improving the end-user experience throughout the entire product discovery process.
- Develop customized career and professional development plans for each Product Owner.
- Define and reach consensus on the key functions of the roadmap for each product.
- Ensure the proper implementation of documentation, communication, and tracking processes with the Development/Engineering team.
- Participate actively, alongside other department directors, in the overall growth strategy of the company.
What do we expect from you?
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related disciplines.
- Experience in leading Product teams (minimum 4 years).
- Ability to connect business and user needs with the creation of a successful product.
- Capability to think in the long term and identify future opportunities.
- User-centric thinking.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken, C1).
- Passion for reading and continuous learning.
- Enthusiasm for the digital world and emerging technologies.
- Motivated and possessing a strong ability to maintain team independence.
