Requirements: Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Technical minded with the ability to learn our product inside and out. Ability to record Loom videos demonstrating product issues/usability problems, along with presenting solutions. SaaS or SEO background is a huge plus. Looking for a fast-paced startup culture to grow in. Strong leadership and team management skills. Fluent in written and verbal English. Responsibilities: Leading daily team stand-ups. Managing our Product Specialist team. Learning and knowing the product inside and out. Monitoring customer experience/satisfaction with our product and solving problems when they arise. Communicating with clients on live chat and other online platforms to help solve problems and answer questions. Developing proactive client communication strategies and escalation protocols. Designing and implementing scalable customer success processes. Creating standardized onboarding and engagement frameworks. Developing client feedback mechanisms and satisfaction surveys. Establishing best practices for client reporting and communications. Adapting to the role as needed. Salary: $2500-3000 a month + PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
