We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Collection to lead our department in Medellin. The ideal candidate will combine excellent negotiation skills with strong leadership and team management skills. Main Responsibilities Execute and supervise effective collection strategies, ensuring that the team carries out collection procedures through various channels (telephone, WhatsApp, email). Monitor and optimize the daily performance of the team, supervising the fulfillment of collection goals. Development of methodologies, motivation system and KPIs for the Collection team; ensuring that all collection activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies. Actively coordinate with the Finance, Customer Service, and Legal departments. Generate and analyze reports on collection trends, team performance, and key metrics for senior management. Implement continuous improvements in collection processes. Requirements Experience: 2-5 years in similar collection management positions, including leadership roles preferably in the Fintech sector and experience in predictive management and administration. Education: Professional in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related areas. English: Advanced level (essential). Availability to work in Medellín.
