Descripción Reporting to the Chief Business Officer the Head of busines should ? Develop and execute strategies to acquire new PMs and expand portfolio. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with PMs, real estate owners, and investors. ? Act as the primary point of contact for key PMs/owners/investors and ensure their satisfaction. ? Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Perfil buscado (h/m) We are looking for professionals in Bachelor's Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. or a closely related field with minium 10 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with at least 5 years in the real estate industry. Highly driven and results-oriented, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities. Strong network within the real estate industry and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven track record in business development, particularly in the real estate sector, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
