Company Description Head Bartender Full time, permanent role The Hoxton is getting ready to open its doors in Florence, capital of Italy's Tuscany region and home to some of the world's most famous masterpieces of Renaissance art, architecture and monuments.
This eye-candy city is packed with culture and is the birthplace of gelato – we did not need any persuading to make it our second home in the country.
The Hoxton in Florence will feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard.
There is also a basement meeting and events space.

Job Description What you'll do… Support with running a fun and fast paced bar operation day and night.
Be creative and share ideas to develop our menu – play a part in innovating our bar concept and staying on (and even ahead) of trends.
Know your product and systems inside out.
Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
Lead your team by example, driving service standards that strive for the best for the guest; encouraging your team to grow and develop, the Hox way.

Previous Head Bartender or Bartender experience ready to step up with great wine and cocktail knowledge.

Stock management is your thing!
