Role & Responsibilities: The Global Services (GS) Supervisor will be responsible for providing financial support to the TranSCend budget owners and GS finance organization in the form of planning, forecasting, and actuals tracking. The Supervisor will be responsible for proper cost reporting, variance analysis, and communication with stakeholders. Track and report on headcount, costs, and capital expenditure. Work with cross-functional global teams to understand project status, change impacts, and progression towards plan. Create reporting structure and ensure proper domain reporting. Work with global TranSCend leads and Finance teams to ensure compliant processes and budget execution. Manage all implementation and/or other cost cross charges to support quarter end closing activities for projects/budgets supported. Coordinate and execute needed transfers to ensure costs are in the proper domain and reported correctly. Responsible for leveraging financial systems and best practices to forecast and track actuals globally. The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver with regard to performance by utilizing metric-driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility. Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Administration, Data Analytics, or Accounting. MBA or financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or another equivalent is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience is required. Prior FP&A and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience are preferred. Strong analytical & conceptual skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills are required (i.e., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions, and PPTx). Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Location: This role will be based primarily in Prague, Czech Republic, or in Bogota, Colombia as a second location.
