At Four Seasons, we are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Cartagena. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in identifying staff development needs and providing solutions to drive employee growth and engagement. About the Role: This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a managerial capacity. You will be responsible for building and maintaining confidence and credibility with employees, supervisory, and managerial staff. Your ability to identify breakdowns in systems and processes amongst or within departments will be crucial in driving business success. Key Responsibilities: Active in identifying staff development needs at an individual & group level. Builds and maintains confidence and credibility with employees, supervisory, and managerial staff. Acts as an objective third party in counseling, problem-solving, or conflict situations where learning issues are involved. Provides senior management with accurate and objective feedback for solutions with respect to employee relations and learning needs. Identifies breakdowns in systems and processes amongst or within departments. What We Offer: Competitive salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year. Excellent training and development opportunities.
