Responsibilities: Provide expertise, guidance, and oversight in the areas of Finance and Legal management to ensure that those functions are operating and/or being carried out efficiently and cost-effectively. Create and update a financial management plan and budget with short-term and long-term strategic and tactical goals. Responsible for the financial and administrative operations of the company including banking, accounting functions, payroll, budget preparation, legal and corporate services. Monitor organizational performance against both the annual budget and the Company's long-term strategy. Oversee and manage contracted services provided to/from the company. Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting. Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements. Keep the corporate structure of the company in good shape. Responsible for tax and compliance matters. Work with existing investors (p2p platforms, etc.), preparing presentations and data tapes. Qualifications: High Economic/Finance education; MBA is a plus. Relevant experience in the role of Finance Manager (Banking industry/Fintech is a plus), work experience at BIG4 companies. Ability to draw up Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow statements. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus. Ability to work in a team, achieve goals, and be proactive. A high degree of business acumen. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Demonstrate ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution. A self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed. Strong communication skills.
