Specifically, Hagerty is looking for FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program Delivery Managers . These professionals will be providing support to clients associated with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) PA Program and/or other special programs crafted as needed to meet potential future / evolving needs . Responsibilities Providing support for financial duties supporting a disaster recovery program, including gathering documentation, developing procedures, performing financial reconciliation, ensuring guidance/policy compliance, creating reports, and other tasks as assigned by the client. Drafting guidance to clients on the eligibility of FEMA PA costs related to disasters. Qualifications Candidates for the FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager must possess the following qualifications: At least two (2) years of professional experience preferably in management consulting or role directly in supporting the FEMA PA Program. Previous experience with financial analysis and reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Strong communication skills, including written and verbal. Ability to work independently in a primarily remote work environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration). The equivalent previous experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Candidates for the FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager may also have the following qualifications: Experience with federal grant programs, specifically including FEMA PA. Previous experience advising applicants on the eligibility for FEMA PA costs related to disasters. Previous experience supporting disaster recovery programs, including financial reporting, cost tracking, grant formulation, or grant audit and closeout.
