Please submit your resume in English.* A dynamic and innovative real estate development firm focused on revitalizing urban spaces is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO to manage email communications, calendar and appointment scheduling, data and file organization, and deliver reports and updates on the status of various projects. This role requires quick communication and initiative to support the CEO across a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to scale with our company, taking on broader project management and operations roles, including basic data analysis, market research, and managing other VAs. Responsibilities include: Weekly budget/schedule reporting for ongoing projects. Checking on marketing campaign metrics, summarizing, and reporting these. Managing the CEO's inbox and scheduling meetings. Reporting on weekly Asana status updates. Cleaning and maintaining the organization of Google Drive. General administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling personal appointments, grocery deliveries, etc. Requirements: Primary Qualifications and Experience: Prior experience working as an executive assistant. Experience in any sector of real estate, primarily to understand the lingo. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to be the first point of contact for the CEO's inbox. Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs. Ability to quickly learn and navigate new (but simple) software, such as HubSpot and Asana. Other Preferences: We have a strong preference for candidates with some level of technical proficiency and experience working in a fast-paced tech environment. We're looking to scale up our VA team and want an A+ player who can learn, report on, and problem-solve new software as the role advances. Examples include: Going into Excel, cleaning up, and migrating data into a Google Sheet, adding new functionality. Setting up an integration in HubSpot.
