Maintain Sales and Production Plan with multiple models. Support in obtaining E-COM approval on NIGURI proposal. Collect a variety of statistical data, analyze, develop planning studies before compiling proposal & performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner in support of new and updated plans, requirements, targets, and regulations. Execute proposals for business opportunities and risks included in future business planning. Act with teams to support the section's targets including quarterly tree plan projects and yearly target achievement. Liaison and coordinate among and across sections/div/GENPO to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provide support and action as appropriate. Maximize performance by enhancing the ability of the organization and minimizing losses and disruptions of operations when calamity strikes by developing improved processes that are more resilient to upheaval. Determine the best course of action in situations where a disaster or unfortunate occurrence threatens the normal operations of Sales and Production targets. Control the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target processes; establish and update organic growth targets setting minimum business expectations; assess monthly plans against targets, objectives, and lead-year indications; provide summary reports. Organize administrative tasks within the section including maintaining records. Seek continuous improvement of work efficiency in the section. Follow all workplace disciplinary and compliance to BSH/government-related rules and regulations. Report to superior if any abnormalities are encountered or found.
