About Addi We started Addi with the single-minded purpose of creating opportunity by changing the way people shop, pay, and bank. Since doing our first loan five years ago, we have powered close to 10 million transactions, served 2.5mm customers, and partnered with over 14,000 merchant brands. We are growing 100%+ year/year, while building a profitable business, and we're just getting started. We've also recently joined a couple of exciting projects that we're keen to see succeed. As we scale, we're looking for the right individual to ensure our CEO can continue to serve Addi and our customers well, build the company, and work where he's most effective. Mission Be the CEO executive assistant, right hand person, and enabler in chief. What you will do You will be the closest partner in the work across Addi, outside projects, and CEO's personal life. You will own and set CEO's agenda, ensuring we're spending time on the right priorities and not the most urgent ones. You will manage all travel arrangements, ensuring things work out smoothly. You will have access to absolutely everything, from the email to all relevant documents; the goal is that you become as knowledgeable about our business as anyone at the company. You are excited about learning, challenging yourself, and building a long-term partner. What this role is not about This is not a ticket-taking role. What does that mean? We'not looking for a remote travel agent and a calendar manager who simply does what our CEO asks. We're looking for someone who is excited to own the agenda, set priorities and boundaries, challenge him, and continue to grow professionally. Where does this role lead There are two paths here. You either have done this job for a while, and you're looking to continue to do this for a long time with one deep partnership. Alternatively, you are fairly early in your career or seeking to make a transition, and you see this as an opportunity for us to work together, and, in a couple of years, become the Chief of Staff, move into an operating role, or even start your own thing. Competencies This role is less about specific experiences than aptitude, motivation, hustle, and desire to have impact. However, for you to succeed, you will very likely need to: Impeccable organizational skills. You love process, process charts, and keeping things extremely organized. Willingness to learn things on the fly on short notice. Strong ownership mindset. You are comfortable challenging others and feeling challenged yourself. Desired, but not required: Prior experience as an EA in a bilingual setting. Benefits Work on a problem that matters and help change customers' lives. Build a lasting company from the very beginning, helping define every aspect of it. Massive market opportunity ahead of us; we are growing faster than pretty much any other fintech lender was at our stage. Work alongside a great and diverse team that cares about what we are doing and how we are doing it. Generous compensation, including equity, 100% health insurance, unlimited PTO, flexible time-off, learning budget. #J-18808-Ljbffr
