Engineer_New Model Purchase

1. Represent Purchasing Division in new model meeting (BPL). 2. Liaise among SED team members to achieve unit cost. 3. Propose VA/VE ideas to Hrs-T. 4. Prepare new model part list. 5. Review, compile & present 1 unit motorcycle cost to BSH management. • Work as Buyer Project Leader for every New Model Development. • Arrange and issue part structure to Gyoshu team RFQ and issue BQF to Genpo for quotation. • Prepare part list for each user (Ordering, Custom, Development & other departments). • Issue ordering to Genpo especially for Pre-Production Event. • Compile total model cost and prepare Yamataka, then present to management. • Cooperate with Gyoshu for VA/VE ideas. • Liaise with Custom Admin for Government approval progress. • Control new parts development schedule to meet New Model Event. • Make presentations about New Model cost positioning in SED evaluation. • Plan among SED members and manage time schedule for new model development. • Liaise with Hrs-T Purchasing for ordering testing parts. • Report to superior if there are any abnormalities found. • Communicate with Asian Honda for new model items. • Execute daily follow-up actions on items. • Analyze any issues found during New Model development using necessary methods and tools to execute an action plan. • Project involvement – NHC & I-act. • All documents must be prepared following ISO requirements. • Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time. Education Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
