The role develops and activates effective branding assets, ensure they align to Essity's global EVP, and cascades this to the larger HR functions to ensure consistency. What You Will Do Align with the regional communication plan and the global employer branding strategy. Work with the regional EATA TEAM to identify priority segments to invest in digital marketing. Contribute to the development of the region, plan and manage local social media activations following its calendar. Develop and activate campaigns that target the appropriate talent segments and effectively showcase Essity's EVP. Design and implement Talent Acquisitions communications materials to ensure consistency to Essity's global EVP and tone. Regularly review all existing Human Resources communications materials to ensure consistency to Essity's global EVP, employee journey and communication guidelines. Conduct training sessions with HRBP and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to ensure understanding of new employer branding resources and adherence to global guidelines. Ensure and implement internal communication at all stages of the employee experience that highlights the culture and the EVP for internal employees. Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics. Coordinate and implement Employer Branding initiatives with chosen academic institutes to establish effective partnerships, thereby positioning Essity as the employer of choice among the targeted audiences. Operate as brand ambassador to ensure de approach for various events Conduct recruitments or provide recruiting support if/when required. Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices to drive innovation Who You Are BA/BS degree in marketing or communications. Minimum of two years of experience working within a Recruiting-HR function. Strong technological skills and ability to utilize data required. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver. Self-start and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence action and adoptions. Able to adjust to rapidly changing situations and priorities.
