About the Role As a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you'll report to the Chief Operating Officer based in LA. In this role, you'll develop and execute email marketing campaigns using the Klaviyo platform, focusing on customer engagement and conversions. You will edit content in Figma for implementation in Klaviyo, conduct A/B testing, and report on key performance metrics while collaborating within a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and automations, including welcome series, abandonment flows, and win-back campaigns. Project manage the email production process, coordinating briefs from copy to design, client approvals, implementation, and QA. Build and edit emails in various platforms, including Klaviyo and Sendlane, ensuring they meet client specifications. Edit content in Figma for email campaigns to ensure alignment with design and branding. Implement A/B tests to enhance email performance and engagement metrics. Set up SMS automation campaigns using platforms like Attentive and Postscript. Support Campaign Managers in preparing materials for client meetings, including onboarding and QBRs. Experience & Software Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Klaviyo, focusing on flows, segments, and campaign management. At least 1 year of experience working with SMS platforms such as Attentive, Postscript, or SMSBump. Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance and deliverability. Proficient in using design tools like Figma for making minor edits and slicing emails for implementation. Strong project management skills, especially in coordinating the email production process.
