Tasks Perform a daily reconciliation between the appropriate reports to ensure all reportable invoices/credit notes/debit notes have been sent to the Tax Authority. As part of the reconciliation, identify mismatches between SAP and the data reported in the Tax Authority's e-invoicing system; any incorrectness of the documents/data. Initiate issue resolution upon identifying any issues during the reconciliation, in line with the issue resolution protocol prepared by Global Tax for the given market. Coordinate and follow up the status of the resolution of issues raised and ensure timely resolution. Initiate escalation as necessary. Contact the Issue Resolution Coordinator in case of newly discovered issues. Capabilities Detailed understanding of OTC processes. Understanding how the role links into the end-to-end e-invoicing process, what are the risks if tasks are not performed, and issues are not resolved. Analytical skills to be able to identify mismatches. Attention to detail. Ability to coordinate with various collaborators during issue resolution.
