We are looking for 3 Paid Media Specialists to join our team in Bogotá.
The challenges of the position are: Manage and monitor social media campaigns, implementing optimizations to achieve key KPIs.
Provide clients with qualitative and quantitative analyses based on campaign results.
Offer valuable insights to your team's Account Manager.
Support the Account Manager in client meetings.
Develop media plan proposals and cost estimations.
Conduct account audits.
Stay updated on industry news and trends You are the right fit if: You have an in-depth knowledge of the social media ecosystem.
You have an international mindset (C1 level or higher) and can communicate fluently in English (both spoken and written).
You have 1 or more years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest (experience with other global or local platforms is a plus).
You have knowledge of digital advertising and are passionate about new technologies, advancements in tools, and development techniques.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy managing data.
You are a strategic thinker and goal-oriented.
You have outstanding interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic, hands-on approach.
