Job Role: Digital Marketing Manager Job Type: Manager The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing complete digital marketing campaigns for our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, SEO, and social media to ensure that our customers' digital marketing strategies match their business goals and produce great results. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and market to create customized digital marketing strategies that drive business growth. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience 5+ years in digital marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
