About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Contractor at Podium, you will play a key role in optimizing our Paid Acquisition strategy and helping new customers discover and choose Podium. The team you'll be joining covers several Paid Acquisition channels, including Paid Search, Referral, Paid Social, and more.
Your primary responsibility will be to optimize and improve our Paid Search strategy in partnership with the Paid Acquisition Manager to drive increases in revenue at target returns on investment, and to report on progress and improvement.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Assist in execution of Podium's Paid Search program and help drive the strategy alongside other stakeholders.
2. Understand and communicate current performance against targets and the main drivers of that performance.
3. Make data-based optimizations to campaigns, ad groups, and keywords to maximize Paid Search performance.

Assist in execution across other paid acquisition channels, including referral and direct mail, in conjunction with the Paid Acquisition Manager.
What You Should Have:
1. 2+ years of experience in Paid Search, particularly with B2B tech companies
2. Mastery of Google Ads, with expert-level knowledge of campaign management and current paid search best practices
3. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into a detailed, actionable strategy
4. Demonstrated success in managing budgets of at least $50k/month
5. Ability to use in-platform and in-house analytics in conjunction to deploy an effective strategy
6. Critical thinking skills, with an eye for detail and a bias for operational efficiency
7. Experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce preferred
8. Must be located in Medellín, Colombia
9.
Must speak English fluently

1. This will be a 4-month contract position with the possibility of extension
