We are looking for an experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes clusters on AWS, and automating infrastructure provisioning. You will work collaboratively with development and operations teams to build and maintain secure and reliable AWS infrastructure, troubleshoot production incidents, and stay current on the latest DevOps trends and technologies. Requirements Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CDK or others. Work collaboratively to build and maintain secure AWS infrastructure. Provide ongoing maintenance and support of internal tools to improve system health and reliability. Troubleshoot production incidents that often span across multiple teams, services, and codebases. Collaborate with developers and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments. Monitor system health and performance metrics. Stay up to date on the latest DevOps trends and technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role (4+ years). Expertise in AWS cloud services. Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts and deployment strategies. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub version control. Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Batch, Python, etc.). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, CloudWatch). Experience with migrating applications and workloads from on-premises environments to the cloud. Experience in network concepts, including network protocols, network topologies, and routing principles. Understanding of data classification and storage requirements for various data types (structured, unstructured). Expertise in deploying, configuring, and supporting engineering tools (monitoring, CI/CD, etc.). Familiarity with data security best practices in the cloud (IAM, KMS). Proven ability to lead and motivate a DevOps team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
