We are looking for an experienced product designer that can lead and create and evolve our user experiences for our client's marketplace. As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and intuitive solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This individual will help the team elevate and scale design standards for their product and have a strong impact on product execution and quality. Responsibilities: Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, and research/analytics. Contribute to product strategy by identifying new opportunities, generating innovative solutions, crafting engaging designs, and improving existing features. Be responsible and drive all aspects of design for your projects from inception through launch. Leverage your experience in creating clear and compelling experiences and data visualizations to enhance users' understanding and decision-making processes. Make informed design decisions based on competitor analysis, client feedback, metrics, and usability tests. Define and evolve best practices for interaction patterns and data visualizations. Effective storytelling and presentation of visual concepts to various stakeholders. Requirements: You can handle complex design challenges involving a strong understanding of technical development and commercial considerations. A strong track record of at least 6 years of experience executing through the complete design and development lifecycle. Portfolio of great product design work, including great data visualizations, and scaling your design decisions. Strong in Figma, our tool of choice, in all phases of the design and development cycle. You have excellent communication skills & can be an effective design advocate to cross-functional teams. Comfort working in a fast-paced agile environment and collaborating with other designers, product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data analysts, marketers, and others. You efficiently manage your time, quickly switch context, juggle multiple projects and consistently communicate progress with your manager and the team. Nice to have: Experience in the finance industry and/or at growth-stage startups.
