As an Analytics Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions that drive business value and inform strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Assist in gathering, processing, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights. Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures for efficient data retrieval and manipulation. Support the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms for predictive analytics and data mining. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate analytics solutions into existing systems and applications. Create and maintain documentation for analytics processes, data models, and technical specifications. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in analytics, data engineering, and machine learning. Role Requirements: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud databases (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake). Knowledge of data modeling principles and experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., DBT). Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis and manipulation (e.g., Python, R). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and experience creating interactive dashboards and reports. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
